Autumn News Week 2 September 10th

Good morning,

It was a cooler start this morning- very strange weather at the moment. However it does mean that we are getting plenty of fresh air with play times and PE outside. Pumas class have been building up their running stamina and our new Jaguars class have enjoyed trying out the gym equipment.

Some of you have asked how Scarlett is after being knocked down by a car last week. I have spoken with her parents and I am thoroughly relieved to tell you that she is well on the road to recovery and we will see her back in school soon.

This morning we will complete our very first fire drill of the term so if you hear the alarm please don’t worry.

Yesterday we launched our Team Point challenge so the competition begins now! Well done to Alicia and Max who both earned 5 TPS for Ravenclaw yesterday- keep up the great work.

Have a great day,

Mrs Mason

Start dates reminder

These are staggered to allow us to safely and calmly bring all children back in. I do understand that the different timings are a challenge for some parents. Please be assured  that we have tried to minimise disruption to working parents as much as possible whilst following government safety guidelines. If you are experiencing difficulties I would urge you to speak to your employer as this is a situation where we all have to work together.

I have been asked if siblings can cross the site together. I am aware that larger schools with more entrance points are doing this however this is not a possibility for us.
