We are excited to be extending our Breakfast Club provision in order to support and safeguard our
children and families. As of September, Breakfast Club will be run in the school hall from 7.45am
each morning and will cost £2.00 per session. The club is accessible for pupils from FS2 to Y6.

Staffing
The breakfast club will be staffed by Mrs White and additional support staff and at times supported
by other staff members.
Access
Staff will open the Station Road gates at 7.45am and the gates will remain open until 8.00am when
they will then be closed. This will ensure that no pupils are entering site unsupervised prior to the beginning of the school day.
Pupils accessing Breakfast Club after 8.00am will be able to enter via the School Office, accessed from Low Road. The last admission will be at 8.20 am, and breakfast will not be served after 8.25am.
Menu
A choice of healthy breakfast cereals, toast and drinks will be provided for each child and a range of supervised activities will be set up for the children to participate in once they have had their breakfast. Seasonal menus and activities will be available throughout the year.
Advance Bookings
There will be a limited number of places available and places need to be booked 24 hours in advance via the MCAS app or at the school office. This is to ensure we have the appropriate staffing levels and breakfast foods in place.
When arriving at the Club children must be marked into the daily Breakfast Club Register by the member of staff at the entry door. Should a child who has been booked on not arrive by 8.10am, members of the office staff will contact parents to check on their child’s attendance.
